I love building a piece of bespoke, edible art for each of my happy couples. I only take one booking per week, which allows me to dedicate my time and skills to creating you the wedding cake of your dreams.
Wedding cakes are my passion and each one is lovingly crafted with local, organic ingredients of the highest quality. I hand-make all of my delicious preserves, sauces and flavourings right down to the vanilla bean paste, that enhances the flavour of the moist sponges and silky smooth swiss meringue buttercream that fills each cake.
These are carefully covered with rich white chocolate ganache and decorated with stunning florals sourced from local small businesses.
I hand deliver and build your wedding cake on site at the venue.
When you enquire about your wedding cake, please include a few details, for example, your preferred colour palettes, wedding florals or textures.
Please also include any inspiration images you have to help me build your ideas into a design that you love! This can even be an image of your wedding attire or a favourite pattern for me to work with.
Please include your wedding date and venue and how many guests you would like to feed.
It is then time to discuss your wedding over a zoom consultation with Olivia bakes, after which I will send you a hand drawn design and personalised quote.
Once we have pinned down a design and a quote, I take a 50% deposit to secure your wedding date.
Then we can book you and your partner in for a tasting.
I run these on a remote basis in March and November to fit around the wedding season. You will receive four of your favourite flavours in the post to sample at your leisure.
